What to Expect
When I work with my clients, my main priority is to preserve your experience on the day. If you are relaxed, comfortable and having fun, it will show in your photos, and in your memories.
I approach your wedding in a variety of ways depending on what the part of the day calls for, and on your personalities and preferences. Some of the approaches I use is:
Cinematic Photography
Having a strong focus on cinematography and story telling, I want to leave you with a gallery that feels like it was straight out of a movie. Deep moody tones, light play, and wide angles to give you that film feeling.
Editorial Style
Having a fashion forward focus, I am looking for clean portraits that you will want to hang on your wall, feeling like they have come straight out of a magazine. Motion blurs, styled moments, and black and white classical magazine worthy moments.
Candid Captures
Special moments of the day will be captured in a real and authentic way. There will lots of moments where I will be hanging back, watching your day unfold, and capturing the tears, the laughs, the hugs and the smiles. Natural moments, that feel like you.
Traditional Photography
When it comes to family portraits, there are family members who will be the first to frame them and hang them on the wall. So I prefer to take my time and position everyone in a traditional ascetic manner. No boring or awkward family portraits.
Fine Art Photography
Trained as a Fine Artist, I will be looking for moments and positioning myself as an artist, chasing light and curating images with an artistic touch.
Most of the time, I will let you be and capture you enjoying your moment naturally. But I will certainly never leave you hanging, and I know how to bring out the best in you. After having worked with many, many couples over the years, I am going to guide you, drop a fun idea, or give you a little activity to capture the feeling and the moment we are after, to create the gallery you are dreaming of.

QUALITY
All of your images are delivered in the highest quality, so you can have them enlarged and framed, or used in your marketing and Wedding Albums. They are also available for download in Web-size so that you can post them online right away. Film and Super 8 have a grainy quality that preserve a romantic and nostalgic quality; a very different feel than digital photography. We use hardware that is specialised for low and harsh-light, we have flash available and lighting equipment for product photography. We use the most updated technology for editing, so you retouching is done with perfection, and keeps you looking your best.
I spend time with every single image, editing to perfection. Some images don’t require a lot, but some do, so the labour of love is always an unknown quantity of time, which is why we ask you to allow us 6-8 weeks for editing. We often get asked if we provide images without editing, but here you can see why it’s so important that we spend the time getting them just right, so your images go from being ‘nice’ to ‘wow’.
