The difference between video and content creation is more than you think! Where videographers use all their professional gear to create an amazing cinematic movie of your day, content creators are here for all the raw little clips and images. Using mainly iPhone, sometimes also camera, we are here to capture the behind the scenes, the TikTok trends, and video messages from guests. Where video will spend weeks creating the perfect edits, content is for reels and socials to share with family quickly. Little to no editing, and just a few reels ready for sharing and remembering the day while you wait for your more polished and formal media. Don’t think of content creation as something that replaces your videography, but something that complements it. I like to compare it to having your bestie follow you around for the day, capturing all the extra footage they can, but with a whole lot of intuition, skill and creativity to create some fantastic media.
