Head to the contact page and fill out the enquiry form — the more detail you share, the better. I’ll read through everything you’ve written, check your date, and if I’m available I’ll get back to you within 2–4 days to make a time to chat further about your day.

We can arrange a time and day for a brief video chat - just the two of you and myself - to find out a bit more about your Wedding vision, and its a good time to ask any questions you have and make sure it feels right for you.

Once you’re ready to go ahead, I’ll send you an invoice for a 25% deposit (over $1000 package) payable by PayPal, Credit Card, Afterpay, PayID or Bank Transfer. Your date is only held once the deposit is received. We’ll work out a payment schedule from there that suits you.

My priority from booking to wedding day is making sure you feel supported — as much or as little as you need. With over 20 years in and around the wedding industry in almost every role, I’ve seen a lot. I’m not a wedding planner, but I know your photographer is with you more than almost anyone else on your day — so if I can help things run more smoothly, I will. I’ll check in with you from time to time in the lead-up, and we’ll have two (or more) video or in-person chats before the big day to lock in all the details.

The week before your Wedding we will confirm all the final details by email.

On the day, I want to be in the background as much as possible, allowing you to remember your beautiful day with your loved ones (not your media team!). So we use ‘documentary style’ photography throughout most of the day, with the exception of any ‘posed’ family portraits and planned shots that you have flagged to us. During the Bridal Party photos we will give you a little more direction during that hour or so, usually by way of ‘prompts’, giving you and your bridal party things to do while we capture some fun and quiet moments between you.

After the day, I’ll send sneak peeks for you to share — within 24–48 hours if you’re in Melbourne, or 4–7 days if you’re interstate or international. Your full gallery will be personally edited and retouched by me, and delivered via digital gallery within 4–6 weeks. I tend to photograph generously, so if I’ve captured more than your package includes, I’ll let you know how many extras are available and you can choose how many (or all) you’d like to add. Extra edits are delivered within 7–14 days of payment.

I may choose to submit your images to a magazine or wedding blog for publication. If I do, I’ll always let you know first and give you a chance to review the submission before it goes anywhere — it takes about five minutes. Around the same time, we can talk through prints and albums if you’re interested. I work with some of the world’s leading print studios to produce heirloom-quality pieces — fully customisable, embossed, foil-printed, leather or linen covers — the kind of thing that gets passed down. If prints are included in your package, now’s when you’ll choose your favourites. Once they are printed we will send you your final ‘to have and to hold’ package, with all the tangibles of your Wedding Day.
