Head to the contact page and fill out the online form. We get a notification and will have a read through the information you provide (the more the better!). We will check our availability and if we can accommodate your Wedding date we will get back to you within 2-4 days to chat further about your day.

We can arrange a time and day for a brief video chat to find out a bit more about your Wedding vision, and its a good time to ask any questions you have and see if the vibe and fit is right for you.

Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you an invoice for a 25% deposit, (which can be paid by PayPal, Credit Card, After Pay, Pay ID or Bank Transfer), and we can either discuss the dates for the following payments that suit you or you can work with the schedule on the Invoice. Dates are only reserved for you once the deposit is paid.

Our priority is retaining your experience throughout your Wedding Day and to support you in the planning process. We are here for as much or as little support and guidance as you need. With over 20 years in and around the Wedding Industry (in various corners and roles) we are available and will check in on you from time to time to see how it’s all going for you. We are not Wedding Planners by any means (but we should have been!) but your media team is with you more than anyone else on your Wedding Day. We want to help your day to be as seamless as can be, and have you in the moment and enjoying your day so we can capture all the joy and emotions as the day unfolds. We have two (or more as needed) video or in person chats with you in the lead up to your day, and will check in with you after the day as well.

The week before your Wedding we will confirm all the final details by email.

On the day, we want to be in the background as much as possible, allowing you to remember your beautiful day with your loved ones (not us!). So we use ‘documentary style’ photography throughout most of the day, with the exception of any ‘posed’ family portraits and planned shots that you have flagged to us. During the Bridal Party photos we will give you a little more direction during that hour or so, usually by way of ‘prompts’, giving you and your bridal party things to do while we capture some fun and quiet moments between you.

After the wedding day, you will receive some sneak peaks to share with family and friends. If you're in Melbourne you will receive these within 24-48 hours after the wedding. In Perth or interstate/international, it will be closer to 4-7 days after the wedding. Your gallery will be fully edited and retouched, and your images will be delivered by digital gallery via email between 4-6 weeks after your Wedding. We usually take (way) too many photos, so if we have more images than your package inclusions we will let you know how many there are. You can choose to order the full gallery for a small extra fee depending on how many are available to you or you can purchase a select number that suits you, and the price is per image. Your extra edits will be available between 7-14 days after payment.

After the Wedding we may decide to submit your images to a magazine or blog for publication. If we do, we will let you know, and ask that you check over the submission (takes 5 mins) before we send it off. Around the same time you are welcome to chat to us about prints and photo albums. We work with some of the world's leading printers to bring you heirloom quality productions that can be passed down from generation to generation. Photo albums are completely customisable with everything from embossed and foil printing and leather or linen covers in a variety of colours. If your package comes with prints, now is the time to choose your favourites for printing. Once they are printed we will send you your final ‘to have and to hold’ package, with all the tangibles of your Wedding Day.
